Parents will love walking into your classroom and taking a quiz on their child's favorite things! What a great way to have parents laughing when at back to school night. Students complete the quiz on the star side with all their favorite things. When they are finished you can fold the paper in half with their answers on the inside. Make sure to print double sided so the parent side is on the outside when folding the paper in half. To be extra careful that the parents do not peek at their child's answers I take a half sheet of 9" x 12" construction paper to put inside the folded paper to help hide the answers. This also adds some color for when the parents walk in your classroom at back to school night. After the construction paper is inside I staple on the top, bottom and middle of the folded paper. Be sure to write the student's name on the outside so you know which paper is for what student. After you can place on the student's desk and allow the parents to answer on back to school night!
