- Already Made Items: Orders for items that are already made will be processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Custom-Made Items: Custom-made items will be processed within 4-5 weeks from the time we receive your order.
- If there are any delays in processing, we will notify you via email.

- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the product and the delivery location.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the United States.
3. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the status of your package.
- Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear.
4. Shipping Delays
- While we strive to get your orders to you on time, we are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS). However, we will assist you in tracking down your package if there are any issues.
5. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for any delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect addresses.

- If your package is damaged during shipping or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipping confirmation. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
